Tinker Boos

      Hi,

My name is Tinker Boos and I was born in Bay City, TX and have lived all of my life in TEXAS.  I graduated from

Carroll High School in Corpus Christi, TX in 1968 and married my husband of 47 yrs. about a year and a half after graduation.

My Father had bought and sold Rental Properties since before I was born, so Real Estate was nothing new to me.

I received my TX Real Estate License in 1984 after selling an Airport Limousine Service that I had owned and operated for 3 years.  I immediately started my Real Estate career and specialized in Single Family Housing, and as I became more experienced I started doing Investment and Multi-Family Housing.

After 5 Yrs. an Acquaintance who had worked in the Mortgage Business for many years and managed a local office for Lomas & Nettleton came to me and said, “I have watched you in your career and need someone like you to come to work for me.”  She took me under her wing, spent a lot of time training me on the Mortgage Products available for the Different Buyers and I became very successful as a Mortgage Loan Officer for 7 years.

My husband (Reilly Boos) retired from the Corpus Christi Police Dept., after 36-1/2 yrs. so we took some time off,

bought a motorhome and traveled for a while.  We returned to Corpus Christi in 2002 to help w/my Father-in-law who had developed some health issues. I decided that since I would be buying us a home and selling his home that I may as well put my license active and go back to work in Real Estate.  So, one sale led to another and I ended up selling Real Estate in Corpus Christi for another 6 yrs.

In 2009 my Father became ill, so we relocated to Kerrville where he lived.  I fell in love with the Hill Country, so after I lost my Dad, I decided someone needed my Services and I needed to be needed, so I started Selling Real Estate in the Hill Country.  However, my Husband wanted to go HOME, so “If Grumpy ain’t Happy, nobody’s happy.”

So, I am back at my “Old Stomping Grounds” again for the 3^rd time w/ Coldwell Banker Island, and am here to help you find Your Dream Home, to help you Downsize or if you know someone who is looking to make a move to the Corpus Christi Area, please share my name with them.  I love referrals….Thanks in advance.
