Darla is everything that you could want in a Real Estate Agent! I was helping my son and his new wife purchase their first house. I have not been through this process in over 30 years and forgot how painful it can be. Darla made sure that everything stayed on track and for every issue that came up, Darla had a solution. Darla was in direct communication with the lender, on my behalf, whenever I wanted to make sure that all parties were on the same page. Darla also was the one that kept track of all deadlines and alerted the appropriate parties when needed. House buying is not fun, but Darla made it bearable.
