December 9 & 10, were the nights when our canals were full of boats, strung with lights from stem to stern. That was the 37th year that the La Posada Parade has brought joy and friendship out on the boats and decks. Flour Bluff resides “over the bridge” and across the causeway that crosses the Laguna Madre. It seems like a strange name for a community in the southern coastal bend of Texas.
